We are looking for a graduate with a first class honours degree in a STEM subject. We provide training and development opportunities that cover core requirements for the full programme; we will outline potential career paths within each of the departments so the candidate can get a feel for what is on offer should they wish to progress in a career within a specific department at the end of the programme including: Business Development; Estimating; CAD Design; Project Management; Finance/Accounts; HR; Health and Safety. This position is full time and based at both our Halifax and Manchester offices.

• First class honours degree in a STEM subject

Job responsibility:

• Spending 3 months in each core department of the business paired with an experienced mentor for support and guidance.
